Automatic line for filling and capping flexible spouted bags (doypack-type) for liquid and semi-dense products. Filling operation by Doselite volumetric filler, pneumatic or electronic version, with the possibility of supplying nitrogen and/or other inert gas before capping the bag, to increase the shelf-life of the product. All parts in contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel and with specific seals in PTFE and FKM and food-grade silicone. The machine is completed with a vibrating base automatic cap feeder and selector. The closure of the cap is performed by means of a pneumatic motor with torque control by pressure regulation or by an electric motor with a hysteresis magnetic clutch, depending on requirements.
