The Automatic Tin Can Filling Line, a volume filling system, features a pneumatic two-cylinder batching unit which enables consistent and precise doses of approximately 450 cans/hour of 5 litre capacity. It is operated with a compressed air and 380 V power feed the line. The output of this machine can be easy to adjust which ranges from 500 to 5000cc. This filling line machine is equipped with its 2 meters of plastic conveyor belt, stainless steel frame, pulling and transmission heads and changeable railings supplied with lateral guides. It also has a pulling geared motor with mechanical speed variator, adjustable floor levellers, controlling PLC, no. 2 photocell detectors and single entry/exit delay control photocell.
