The units are constructed in a range of stainless steel grades; SS 304, SS 316 and SAF 2205. Titanium, Hastalloy and other extreme alloys are available. The vessels are designed and fabricated to suit customer requirements and because they are hygienic in design they are suitable for critical applications within food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries where contamination is unacceptable. The vessels are proven to improve quality and increase yield of products as well as improving heating and distribution time that in effect saves valuable costs associated with steam processes. Variable speed controllers are standard.
