Cartridge heater

Cartridge heaters to insert in holes, pipes or deposits. Stainless steel or Inconel sheath. Internal thermocouple optional. Especial design with multiple elements for heating several zones and achieve high temperature up to 1230 ºC. Multiple terminations: threads, bended, right angle exit leads, with connection head, square section, expandable, etc. • Applications: mold die, platen, hot plates, hot sealing, liquid heating. • Temperature: 540 ᵒC or 870 ᵒC (980 ᵒC for high temperature applications). • Dimensions: diameter from 3 to 25 mm, length up to 6m. • Power supply: from 24 to 480 V. • Power: up to 18 kW.
