Description
Integrated systems for mounting on DIN rail with several independent control loops (from 8 to 16), for the realization of the control of parallel processes, advised especially for the plastics industry.
Configurable regulation types (ON / OFF, PD, PID, DPID), with parameter auto-tuning and absolute / relative alarm outputs with sensor breakage supervision.
Monitoring of the heating current and possibility of “soft start”.
Inputs: universal (digital signals for control).
Outputs: continuous 0/4 … 20 mA or relays.
Control: 2/3 points (heating / cooling), continuous, positioner, servos and cascade control.
Communication: RS-422/485, CANBUS / CANopen or PROFIBUS-DP.
Power: 24 VDC.
