This versatile turnkey hood is portable and gives you a particle-free work environment on any available work surface. Safely exhaust HEPA filtered air, while enjoying the benefits of a quiet operation. HEPA filter and fluorescent light already included. The Particulate Exhaust Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is ideal for removing sub-micron particles, aerosols and fine dust generated inside an enclosure, allowing safe release of HEPA-filtered air. Mounted on a portable vertical or horizontal hood, it is suitable for applications that produce particles unsuitable for exhausting into the surround space. Chemical vapors will not be filtered out; intended for particle contaminants only. The HEPA filter safely removes micro-contaminants down to 0.3µm.
