Pressure control system is the special designed gas pressure regulating device integrated with the function of pressure regulation, flow limitation and automatic control. It is used on the long-distance gas pipeline transmission station, city distribution station, storage station and gas turbine power plant station. Which is also known as "pressure regulating train". Pressure control system usually consist of "Slam shut valve+Monitoring regulator + Working regulator". These major equipments link up from upstream to downstream and matched with supporting instruments. At the same time, the main equipment can be self-actuated, electrical or pneumatic according to customer requirements. The whole system is afford by modular and skid mounted structure, the main equipment and related instrument has built in factory and tested independent and whole. It has the character of high precision, good performance, safety and reliable, reasonable structure, convenient installation, easy operation, etc. In the normal working condition, the slam shut valve and the monitoring regulator are in fully open position, the working regulator adjusts the downstream outlet pressure. When the working regulator is failed the monitoring regulator start to work. When the monitoring regulator is failed the slam shut valve will shut down automatically to ensure the safety of the system.
