It can be integrated with the function of gas filter, pressure regulater, metering, gas distribution, gas venting, gas emission , leakage alarm, automatic switch etc. The system is suitable for operation or unattended operation gas transmission station, metering station, storage and distribution station, pressure regulating station with people on duty. The system has the characteristic of intermittent gas supply , wide pressure regulation range, high measurement requirement and explosion proof requirement and high safety property. It consists with the heater and usually with electric heater which must meet the following safety requirement: direct heater usually, with necessary explosion-proof performance and protection requirements, good condition of heating speed and temperature controlling and automatic drain. Product Features ◆Gas heating generally adopts electrical heating type, electric heater is divided into direct and indirect type electric heater; ◆Using high self pressure regulating valve, with hign pressure drop and small flow pressure stability, excellent closing; ◆Using multiple safety protection measures; ◆The accuracy of the regulator is up to AC1, wide regulation ratio; ◆Special flow meter is used for small flow measurement; ◆Fast reaction speed of safety shut off; ◆System can equipped with remote control of slam shut valve, pressure regulator, valve position and other remote control module.
