Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a precast, manufactured building material made of natural raw materials. It is an economical, environmentally friendly, cellular, lightweight, structural material providing thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as fire resistance.
The process into autoclave is carried out by filling the vessel with saturated steam for a pre-set time.
The autoclave is the most important equipment in a AAC plant, since during the cycle in the autoclave the AAC blocks achieve their proper features.
