Description
This is a relatively new and special application for TERRUZZI Autoclaves because of which the autoclave is pressurized with caustic soda at a fixed set point of temperature and pressure.
This process is applied to leach the ceramic soul from aerodynamic profiles by a process of chemical-erosion.
Terruzzi Fercalx S.p.A. has supplied a complete autoclave plant for E.M.A (a joint venture between Rolls-Royce plc & Finmeccanica SPA) applied for the leaching process on turn key basis.
