Description

A complete range of Products and Gaskets in Expanded non-sintered PTFE, for the realization of universal seals with exceptional sealing characteristics and excellent elasticity. Tespe UNI-FLON® products are all made of non-sintered PTFE which by means of special equipment is machined and treated to obtain an "expanded" structure guaranteeing excellent elasticity and suitability for most industrial uses. The most important technical characteristics of Tespe UNI-FLON® products are total chemical resistance, great flexibility, no cold running, high compressibility and excellent sealing capacity for almost every process fluid. Tespe UNI-FLON® products do not contaminate, therefore they can be used in contact with food, resist high pressure (up to 210 bar) and temperatures (- 230 ° C + 315 ° C), they are easy to cut and adapt also to imperfect surfaces. Non-sintered expanded PTFE Adhesive Tape The UNI-FLON AD-TAPE non-sintered expanded PTFE Adhesive Tape is available in different widths and thicknesses in standard rolls. UNI-FLON AD-TAPE is used for universal applications as an alternative to the flat gaskets. In fact, with only a few sizes available in stock, it can guarantee a total coverage in case of extraordinary plants maintenance and, thanks to the convenient adhesive strip on one side, is easy to apply even on flanges or vertical parts. UNI-FLON® AD-TAPE can also be supplied in the graphited version.
