The vertical design and smart features ensure gentle and efficient blending, even at low fill levels, for high  quality, homogenous cottage cheese. Mounted at an angle, they nonetheless create sufficient turbulence to blend the curd and dressing thoroughly, maintaining the structure of the curd and ensuring a uniform distribution of particles throughout the product.
