Description

Tex Smart Gateway 4.0 is a smart node capable of connecting OT (Operative Technology) and IT (Informative Technology) words together in order to create a versatile and flexible system to integrate data and requested communications in I4.0. It is possible to install SG on various operating systems; its flexibility and modularity make it suitable for customization procedures according to different needs. With Tex SG 4.0 system you can: -Establish an interconnection to computer systems with remote uploading of manufacturing programs and/or recipes Create and store Manufacturing Orders’ Job List by using programs and/or recipes that have already been prepared through CAD/CAM systems or that are directly created on the machine -Initiate the automated integration with management programs and with other production cycle machines in order to obtain a constant flow of data and information which can be analized to improve productivity -Continuously monitor work conditions and procedure parameters in order to improve the quality of parts produced
