Expanded sealing tape TEXLON® 5900

PTFEself-adhesive

These are thin gasket tapes composed of unidirectional expanded 100% PTFE. Thanks to their elasticity, they adapt well to irregular surfaces and can be used in a wide range of applications. To ensure rapid installation, they are fully self-adhesive and therefore easy to apply and remove. Holes for bolts can be easily made after the tape has been installed. They comply with FDA regulations. Applications Piping of wide aperture instruments, flanges, gaskets, manhole packings, PTFE jacketed gaskets, gaskets for tank covers, widely used in fields of industrial sealing applications in the steel industry, heavy chemical industry, paper manufacturing, medicines, foods, pharmaceuticals, chemical fibres, ships and chemical instruments in the petroleum sector.
