Compact and lightweight class-leading accelerometer with a modular design allowing integration with other single or twin axes accelerometers and gyroscopes. Temperature compensation to 80°C allows our customers an easy installation even in severe conditions. The GAS type accelerometer has no resonance and a reduced frequency range which is ideal for measuring general vehicle behavior and is best suited for use as a chassis accelerometer instead of the capacitive type for longitudinal and lateral acceleration. The measuring range for each accelerometer axis is definable from +/-1 g to +/-10 g. It is also possible to combine 2 boxes to make a 3-axes accelerometer in different ranges such as: One 2-axes GAS type accelerometer +/-5 g (vehicle X and Y).
