Description
Compact solution to transform bulk to roll with backup feeder
The semi-automatic countfeeder with buffer is equipped with cross-sliders to feed either the countfeeder, or forward the products to a buffer system. It can also be used to distribute incoming products over 2 or more packaging lines and a buffer system. This solution is ideal for uninterruptible productions or long stop cycles.
Round, non sticky products with consistent and medium thickness ≥ 8 mm
Applications
• Feeding of rice-/corn-/oat- cakes to on-edge machine
• Feeding of round biscuits to on-edge machine
• Can be used for pattern creation before chocolate unit
