High performance bottom seal flowpacker Jaguar flow pack machine is one of Record’s most highly developed. It is a technologically advanced, reliable packaging machine equipped with exclusive accessories, designed to be used in automatic high-production lines or for packaging in modified atmosphere (MAP). The flow pack machine is able to reach the extraordinary speed of 1000 packages per minute. This flow pack machine has been designed with extreme care, different types of automatic feeding systems and accessories that make future modifications and adaptations for other productions possible. The Bottom Seal version, ideal for packaging with longitudinal sealing on the bottom part of the package is suitable for easy to transport products. This machine can be fitted with sealing heads in the SS Long Dwell "D" Motion Head and LS Long Seal "D" Motion Head versions in order to achieve improved sealing and better protected packaging. The MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) version is recommended when is required packaging in a protective atmosphere. Elimination or drastic reduction of the oxygen present in food packages considerably extends products shelf life.
