Description
This closing device is equipped with a long machine frame and its own impulse-controlled drive. It can easily be combined with vertical or horizontal packaging machines (tubular bag machines). It is ideal for manual loading because of its intermittent mode of operation. It is also not necessary to synchronise it with the upstream filling machine. At an angle of inclination of 20°, 30° or optionally 45° and 60 degrees, the bags are discharged via a transversely positioned product conveyor belt. An integrated vacuum device in the closing station sucks the excess air out of the bags for an enabling tidy, tight packaging. The product bags are then closed in the closing station and discharged.
