The THALMANN TD double folder product range is the double folder offer that has been developed for sheet metal processers that require high throughputs, low operational costs, maximum accuracy and precision of folded sheet metal sheets. The full range can be custom designed to optimize throughput, automate sheet loading and increase operational efficiencies. The maximal bending capacity is up to 2.5 mm at 400 N/mm². The standard throat depth is 1250 mm and the standard length of the machines can vary from 3.2 meters to 12.0 meters. Different machine lengths can be custom produced upon request. The TD double folding machines can be fitted and costume designed with different accessories e.g. such as roll forming or cutting units. Parts are flipped automatically and subsequently placed accurately by the gripper units for the next bend.
