The THALMANN TC double folder range is the double folder offer specifically designed for heavy duty folding of thicker more challenging sheet metal parts. TC machines typically serve industrial users that need to fold up to 3 mm sheet profiles. The unique Vertical Force Drive (VFD) is essential for bending thicker and stiffer, steel parts with 400 N/mm² accurately. The standard throat depth is 1250 mm and the standard length of the machines can vary from 3.2 meters to 12.0 meters. Different machine lengths can be custom produced upon request. The TC double folding machines can be fitted and costume designed with different accessories e.g. such as roll forming or cutting units.
