The THALMANN TZ machine range is the single folder offer that serves basic sheet folding operations and can be equipped with various options in order to further improve efficiency, increase the accuracy and scope of folded parts. The maximal bending capacity is up to 3 mm at 400 N/mm². The standard throat dept is 1250 mm and the machines can be from 3.2 up to 12.0 meters long. All TZ machines are designed with the Vertical Force Drive (VFD) technology for maximum clamping power and the optional dynamic crowning system for accuracy and precision. Additional accessories such as hemming and roll-forming or cutting units can be added onto the machines.
