Description

The "XT1000-MOUNTING-BOX" surface mount enclosure is a polycarbonate unit with a transparent cover and internally mounted DIN / Omega rail for the purpose of giving the XT1000 a protection class of IP66 for use in external environments. It offers a high level of impact resistance and the transparent cover allows the weight reading, status LEDs any any informational messages to be viewed without the need to remove the cover. The DIN / Omega rail also allows for the mounting of the XT1000-2000-PS power supply unit (which converts incoming AC power to DC power as required by the XT1000). Also provided is an earth terminal. Mounting holes are included, allowing for easy attachment to a wall or bulkhead.
