THB KRV series Stud type cam followers are based on either needle or cylindrical roller bearings. Instead of an inner ring, they have a threaded solid stud (pin). This kind of cam followers are available in several designs and variants to meet the requirements of different applications. THB KRV series Stud type cam followers are available: - with or without a cage - with different stud designs: ***a concentric seat ***an eccentric collar - with several sealing solutions - with the outer ring running surface profile: ***crowned as standard ***cylindrical (flat) Characteristics of the Rolling Bearing: 1. Accuracy: The internal structure and key parameter tolerances are optimized to meet the requirements of high segmentation accuracy and repetitive positioning accuracy. 2. Installation and maintenance: It can meet various equipment installation methods and compact space installation requirements. The bearing is easy to disassemble and maintain, and the internal grease filling can achieve maintenance-free operation. 3. Structure: According to different equipment structures, fixed or floating structures can be selected. 4. Service life: Durable bearing steel GCr15 is selected, which is wear-resistant and fully quenched. The shaft is made of surface quenched steel, which ensures the hardness of the core and can meet the requirements of emergency stopping and high torque, thereby achieving a longer service life.
