The CS800 Wire Cut & Strip from the Eraser company, is a fully programmable, fully electric, benchtop wire cutter and stripper. The unit accurately measures, cuts, strips, and counts a wide range of wire types and sizes, ranging from 30 to 10 gauge. The CS800 can perform either full or partial strips, depending on the material. The user-friendly microprocessor-based programming prompts the operator through each step of the operating parameters. Frequently run applications can be quickly stored and retrieved from its 67 batch locations. The CS800 can be paired with Eraser's WS1 Wire Straightener, which allows for pre-straightening of the wire before cutting operations. The machine can also be paired with one of Eraser's dereeling systems, to further improve accuracy and productivity. The CS800 is the perfect production tool for complete automation. A bushing set is required for operation and is dependent on the OD size of the material.
