CONDOR – PU is a belt cleaner having segmented urethane blade normally installed at the secondary position. Though it is used in conjunction with a primary scraper, it can also substitute a primary cleaner where installation of primary is not possible on the head pulley due to space constraints. CONDOR-PU consist of multiple specially designed Polyurethane Blades. A spring tensioner maintain cleaning pressure. The flexible PU blades deflect to allow clip joint splices to pass and allow for reversal of belt direction without damage to belt. Colour coded Polyurethane blades suitable for different application and conditions are available.
