Valve pressurization skid SKMM-10

The Model SKMM-10 is a hydraulic/pneumatic pressurization skid. The unit is managed by an electrical push-button on a graphical synoptic panel, or manual needle valves (GAS). The user can control each process component. It has an included central secured garrison for wrong maneuvers. This makes the unit suitable for any testing procedure. With the use of an electronic bubbles counter, high accuracy water column (API), turbine flow meter and mass flow meter (FCI 70-2), leaks can be optionally gauged. In addition, a vacuum pump can be installed to ensure the lack of air inside body of valve, before filling it with water. This is done in order to reduce test time and increase operator's safety. All wet processed materials are stainless steel-made, and manufactured for a working pressure of 700 bar.
