PC Progretti's BV-5V/150 Multi-Station Test Benches are vertical test rigs coupled with comprehensive clamping styles. These apparatuses are integrated with 5 test places, complete with combined clamping capabilities. They feature hydraulic cylinders (bottom side) that are capable of testing flanged valves with controlled press clamps. The clamps manage press force automatically, dependent on the valve's internal water pressure. This results in minimized loads. Additional details of the BV-5V/150 Benches internal radial seals, complete with screwed columns. These seals enable BW and SW termination functions. Reaction force rates of 150 TON 5 x 30 TON, valve length values that range from 0 mm to 650 mm, and total flange diameter ratings that measure at 580 mm are also showcased by the machines. They also exhibit SKA-100 pressurization skid control systems.
