The NC line motion control PP15 is used in profile bending machines and universal bending machines. Press bending parts and folded parts can be produced with repeated accuracy and program control. The time-consuming adjustment of mechanical stops or electrical limit switches when changing the infeed is superfluous. Positioning of the bending axis takes place by means of line motion control through rapid feed – inching feed – stop. High precision and repeated accuracy are guaranteed. The control is equipped with a display with 4×20 characters. The target and actual position are displayed directly. Operation is particularly simple and intuitive.
