Extra heavy duty, aluminium telescopic ball bearing slide resistant to tackle any heavy duty task while enduring harsh, outdoor or wet environment. Also available in non-bilex. The Supreme – TR 4024 Bilex ALU is an extra heavy duty industrial telescopic ball bearing drawer runner from our Supreme Aluminum range with a two-way full extension up to 100%. This industrial extra heavy duty drawer slide is manufactured from 6082 T6 aluminum and stainless bearing and therefore resistant to tackle any heavy-duty task while enduring harsh, outdoor, or moist environments. The Supreme - TR 4024 Bilex ALU extra heavy duty runner has been tried and tested 'double T' beam format where strength and rigidity are required with minimal side deflection. The Supreme - TR 4024 Bilex ALU can travel in two directions which makes it perfect for example for warehousing applications, sliding doors, or cabinets in which the drawer has to be accessible from both sides of the cabinet. This extra heavy duty industrial runner is also available in a non-Bilex variant. Load Capacity and Deflection The Supreme range is available in 44 different models which offer extensions from 50% through to 100% and even 200% of the slide’s closed length. We offer bi-directional / bilex extension as standard. Our slides are tested to destruction and we confidently work up to 2000 kg with the largest profiles. Load calculations are based upon 1% deflection of the slides closed length when fully loaded per extended pair. This rises to approximately 2% on our 150% and 200% extension models due to the multiple beams.
