The Monte - versatile flat mount slide uses a patented friction guiding system perfect for armrest guidance and other applications where constant force motion is required.
The Versatile Flat Mount Slide, uses a patented friction guiding system instead of ball bearings. This system works with adjustable, spring-biased, gliding strips and is developed and produced according to IATF 16949 standards.
The main application of this Monte is armrest guidance in the automotive industry, but it is also well suited for other applications where constant force motion is required. Custom made slides can be produced with customer specific requirements in coating, length, extension, features and mounting possibilities.
the combination of the main slide characteristics guiding, friction and stops, combined in one product;
a flat package, allowing, maximum storage capacity for the armrest compartment underneath;
available in customized dimensions.
Load capacity
Load capacity varies as a result of a number of factors. The main factors being the type of slide, length, and ratio between pull-out length and closed length. Another important factor is the number of cycles the slide is required to make. Thomas Regout distinguishes the type of usage between dynamic use and static use. Other factors that influence the load capacity are the features the slide is equipped with, and how it is mounted.
Sliding force: 15 N, notching force 20N, in notching force 40N
Attention: maximum and minimum temperature are strongly determined by the specific application; duration of exposure, impact and other forces on a slide and slide components etc.
