Description

Hybrid laboratory extruders are installed in the same housing as the standard models. They have the same performance data as the corresponding standard extruders, but as a combination device they also offer the choice of two different extruder sizes in one device. This means that the upscaling stage is already included. Three versions - all space-saving table-top models - are available, each with a choice of two screw diameters (5, 9 or 12 mm). The hybrid extruder offers the flexibility to change from a 5 mm to a 9 mm or 12 mm screw diameter within a few minutes. The two shafts are controlled via a single, central control panel. The application range of hybrid extruders is much wider than conventional extruders and is optimal for reproducible scale-up. Technical data Combinations (mm) : 5/9, 5/12, 9/12 Max.
