The calender from Three-Tec is a versatile laboratory device for the continuous production of films, tapes or tablets directly from the still hot extrudate. Since only a short preparation time is required and the process can be started with the input of a few parameters, it is possible, for example, to produce 10,000 tablets within one day. The two counter-rotating calender rolls have high forming accuracy, surface quality and hardness, so that end products with the highest demands on product quality can be produced. The compact design allows the instrument to be placed in an isolator or in a laboratory environment with limited space.
