The ZE 18 HMI extruder in table-top format is optionally available with water, air or liquid nitrogen cooling as well as pressure measurement at the die and automatic solid or liquid dosing. The screw conveyors are co-rotating and can be individually designed by the customer with screw segments for conveying, kneading, mixing, compacting, pressing, flash or reverse conveying. Technical data Cooling : Water / air or water -/ air mixture heating zones : 1 to 12 Speed (min-1) : 0.1-300, optionally 1-1'000 or according to customer requirements L/D : 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 or according to customer's requirement.
