The versatile VD83 Pirani vacuum meter with data logger and USB interface measures absolute pressure in the fine vacuum range from 100 mbar to 5 x 10-4 mbar (=hPa), 75 Torr to 5 x 10-4 Torr. The VD83 Pirani sensor with a durable, elastic helix filament and optimized temperature compensation delivers stable measurement results. The USB interface allows for an easy push button data transfer to PCs, but no PC connection is necessary during measurements. The VD83 integrated data logger saves up to 2000 measurement values. Other beneficial features are the device's high precision, excellent memory, improved battery life, gas correction factors for accurate pressure readings, auto-off mode or continuous operation mode to conserve battery and better sensor protection against condensing solvents.
