The Seedlab 4 exhaustively counts and classifies bubbles contained in round container sidewall according to their diameter. All operations as well as settings are automatically done (driven by computer). This device allows accurate, quick and objective refining measurement. - Automatic vertical movement allows inspection on the complete height of the cylindrical body. - Focusing is automatically done though a horizontal movement of the camera according to the bottle diameter. - The software displays computed results per class and calculates a refining mask. Non mechanical and optical adjustments are necessary. The parameters of the containers are saved in a part file and can be transferred to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for statistical analyses.
