Suitable for fabric spreading in extra large diameter or extra heavy roll. 1. Supported super large fabric roll with diameter of 1.5 meters. 2. Supported super heavy fabric roll up to 2000 KGS. 3. Each modular mechanism adopts independent servo control system,which communicates with spreading head to precisely control the fabric transmission in each module, ensuring fabric smoothness and no tension. 4. Digital LCD touch screen, free to set the fabric length, layers, moving speed, and spreading method. 5. Intelligently adjusting speed and distance, self-sharpening function, with neat and stable cutting. 6. Cutting bracket would be lifted automatically as per layers increasing. 7. Material shortage detection: automatically detect the spreading origin after starting up, and automatically return to the origin when no material. 8. When power interrupted, spreading set information can be stored after power reconnected, and find the origin to continue fabric spreading. 9. Automatic edge alignment and layers counting. 10. Breaking point detection: when the fabric inspecting machine finds fabric defect, the spreading machine can automatically detect and stop by the defect start-position and its length during spreading process. 11. Front Fabric Clamp: Press & hold the laid fabric stack, prevent fabric moving during the spreading process. 12. High sensitive senor to detect human being or obstacles barrier within 0.5 meters, to protect the operator and machine and ensure fabric edges aligned uniformly. 13. Equipped remote control can control machine start /stop and fabric feeding & collecting within 30 meters.
