Description

ZWIN-CEMS06 Online flue gas analyzer Product description Summary: ZWIN-CEMS06 flue gas analyzer is a gas analyzer independently developed by our company for environmental monitoring and on-line gas analysis of industrial field emissions. The analyzer mainly measures gas concentrations such as SO2, NO and O2, and has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high stability and reliability, and fast response time. Especially suitable for extractable ultra-low emission CEMS system. Principle DOAS is the English abbreviation of Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscop. The basic principle is to use the narrow-band absorption characteristics of the molecules of the substance to be tested to distinguish and invert the concentration of the gas to be tested. The absorption of light by the sample gas can be divided into two parts: one part changes rapidly with the wavelength, forming a narrow-band fine structure of the spectrum, and this part is only related to the characteristic absorption of the gas to be measured; the other part changes slowly with the wavelength, forming a broadband structure of the spectrum. Part of it is not only related to the characteristics of some gases, but also related to factors such as impurity scattering in the sample gas. DOAS technology separates the narrow-band absorption part of the absorption spectrum, thereby avoiding the effects of slow absorption by dust and other gases.
