The working principle of this sensor is based on the fluoride ion selective electrode. The electrode is coated with a sensitive membrane that selectively responds to fluoride ions.
When the fluoride ion probe is inserted into the solution to be tested, the fluoride ions in the solution will react with the sensitive membrane, causing the potential on the electrode surface to change, There is a certain relationship between this potential change and the concentration of fluoride ions in the solution, By measuring this potential change, the concentration of fluoride ions in the solution can be determined.
