Description

Separated foreign materials such as plastic packaging from organic waste are usually still contaminated with sticky liquids. For cost-efficient thermal disposal, the foreign matter should be as free of liquids as possible after depacking and separation. The screw press was especially developed for the removal of residual liquids on packaging material after the depacking and separating process of packed organic waste. It is made entirely of stainless-steel (depending on the order), is extremely robust and easy to maintain. Therefore, it is ideally suited for demanding applications with difficult conditions, such as in industrial organic waste processing. The innovative design ensures a high pressing pressure with the best dewatering performance. The pneumatic control of the press flap ensures automatic adjustment to different materials. The separated liquid is collected and can be added to the remaining bio mass for energy recovery. A regular cleaning can be carried out via flushing nozzles. Your advantages with the Screw Press Effi cient Separation of Residual Liquids Reliable dewatering of a wide variety of foreign matter from organic waste The separated liquid is collected and added to the remaining organic matter for energy use Automatic control of the press fl aps for pressure adjustment with different materials Flushing nozzles for easy cleaning through backwashing Reliable Operation and Long Durability Robust welded/screw construction made of stainless steel for continuous industrial operation (24/7) Design with product contact parts in stainless steel or completely in stainless
