Zero-gap EFF-CZ is the high-energy centrifugal disc polishing machine with the distinguishing structure. The gap between stationary tub and rotating disc is almost zero, while predesessor models have 1 - 1.5 mm gap.
Thanks to the structure, the machine can achieve the maximum effect on small precision workpieces with small abrasive media.
•The model can achieve 150% higher grinding amount in the same length operation with predesessor model.
•All model (15L, 40L, 90L) have the option for all-in-one complete automated grinding / polishing system solution. All processes for mass finishing (loading, water / compound supply, polishing, unloading, vibratory separation) are integrated in one automated system.
•A stationary tub lifting tool (small-scale chain block) is applicable for optional function.
