With Titan’s flange spreaders, you can enjoy the power and reliability you need to easily open, lift, and spread. Our flange spreaders are the perfect accessories to your Titan hydraulic tools, and these safe, easy-to-use tools are available in both mechanical and hydraulic versions. No matter which flange spreaders you choose, one size fits all! Our flange spreaders include: • MS10K Mechanical Flange Spreader—The MS10K is simple and effortless to use. Simply place the flange spreader between the flange face and turn the built-in ratcheting handle. The ratcheting action is transformed into 10,000lbs. of spreading force and will spread up to a 3” gap. • HS10K Hydraulic Flange Spreader—The HS10K replaces the mechanical ratcheting handle with a hydraulic cylinder. You can use multiple spreaders using a standard hydraulic hand pump. A pair of hydraulic flange spreaders can supply up to 20,000lbs of spreading force and allow you 3” of travel, enough for easy gasket replacement or turning of blinds. Optional isolation valves enable the operator to control each power spreader independently.
