Counterflow Sprayer Nozzle This counterflow sprayer nozzle is made by ABS material. It is suitable for the counterflow cooling tower. The hot water flowing inside of the coils, which is enwrapped by outside water. The heat of water is transferred by coil when meet the outside water and air.The heat is been exhausted out of the cooling tower by the fan in the top of the cooling tower. And the water is collected back to the tank in the bottom of the cooling tower and will circulate continuously. This counterflow sprayer nozzle can distribute the water uniformly into the cooling tower fill and non-clogging. Counterflow Sprayer Nozzle Counterflow cooling Towers Sprayer is an efficient, non-clogging nozzle designed specifically for all counterflow cooling tower applications.  The design for this cooling tower nozzle provides excellent flow characteristics and a very uniform spray pattern, enhancing the cooling tower’s thermal performance. This cooling tower nozzle is easily installed. It attaches to the distribution lateral with a PVC adapter. The nozzle can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement. This Cooling Towers nozzle is manufactured of inert high strength injection molded polypropylene for outstanding corrosion resistance. Gusseted teeth enhance the cooling tower nozzle’s strength. Plus, the bottom plate locks into place for additional security. This counterflow sprayer is suitable for the high temperature cooling tower. It is non-clogging design.
