The cost-effective TVM model is a vertically articulated robot series aimed at a multitude of industries, including automotive components, plastics, medical, packaging, and pharmaceutical, due to its high productivity in transfer and assembly and lightweight, reliable design. Shibaura Machine has initially released three models of the TVM – all with varying specifications: Combined with Shibaura Machine’s robot vision recognition package, TSVision3D, the TVM also supports easy implementation of bin-picking automation. *1: Speed and acceleration rates are limited depending on motion patterns, load mass and load offset values. *2: One way positioning repeatability when the environment temperat ure is constant at 20 degrees Celsius. Absolute position accuracy is not ensured.
