High speed American cartons erector, automatically open the cardboard, close the bottom and seal with adhesive tape or hot-melt glue. Activated by five servo-motors with working phases controlled by axles control position card. It allows to work at continuous cycle, by keeping on a high accuracy and a constant speed output. A pressing system placed in the terminal part will guarantee the perfect seal of the flaps. The whole system is adjustable and the format change is quick and easy thanks to convenient calibrated guides. The structure is made in painted steel fully inspectable and complete with safety guards and access doors with sensors in accordance with current regulations.
