The ColdGuard vertical lift door is available with both manual and electric operation and is ideal in applications where little side room is available or when several door openings are close together like you see with warehouse loading docks. The Chase ColdGuard vertical lift door incorporates an FRP perimeter framework creating a durable and long-lasting door panel. Chase vertical lift doors are available for both cooler or freezer applications and are available in 4” and 6” thick panels. FEATURES DESIGN FEATURES The Door track is designed for both smooth travel and a tight seal The heavy-duty hardware and track are coated for corrosion resistance, including 3" tracks, torsion spring, and two pull cord switches each with 20’ polypropylene pull cords for electric models EPDM synthetic “I” rubber seal is located on the face of the casings.
