The Model 1100 is an economical manual sliding door available in single slide or center parting configurations. Model 1100 offers options that will satisfy almost any non-labeled sliding door requirement. Applications include warehouse doors, doors with high wind load, or wall openings that provide access to oversize manufacturing equipment.

CONSTRUCTION
Door Panel – The modular panel is constructed with Kraft honeycomb core securely bonded to 18 gauge cold rolled face sheets and utilizes 18 gauge interior channels. Multiple panels have surface applied splice plates.
Door Finish - The door is shipped prime painted with a high-quality rust-resistant paint. Optional finishes include galvanized with prime paint or stainless steel.
Capping Channels – Panels are assembled with 14 gauge capping channel and 10 gauge bottom guide roller channel.
Pull handles – Flush pull handles on both sides permit easy manual operation.
Box Track - Doors are equipped with a standard 14 gauge box track for manual operation. Heavy duty hardware for large openings or motorized hardware is available. Adjustable track brackets compensate for walls that are not even.
Optional Track Hood – Is 18 gauge carbon steel prime painted with a high-quality rust-resistant paint available in stainless steel.
Optional Dual Durometer Blade Weatherstripping - provides an excellent seal.
Optional Mortised Lock - Offers a finished look with casual security and allows the door to unlock from either side.
Optional Slotted Binder, Hasp and Staple Lock – Allows a padlock on the same side the door is mounted on.
Optional Vision Panels – 1/4" thick plexiglass vision panels provide clear visibility.
