The BAF breathing air filter is used with other safety devices to provide clean air to the sandblasting cap. BAF breathing filters are designed to remove condensate and up to 98% of particles with a size of 0.5 microns or smaller. The filter only needs to be purchased once. Only the filter element needs to be replaced regularly. A filter can be additionally equipped for operation by two or more operators. The filter element should be replaced every three months (after approximately 450 hours of operation).
