Raw water → Quartz sand filter → Activated carbon filter → Sodium ion softener → Precision filter → Reverse osmosis water host → Pure water
Operation Rules
1. Pretreatment cleaning
a. Quartz sand filter:
① Backwash: Open the backwash valve and drain valve, start the original water pump, and clean for 5-10 minutes.
② Front wash: Open the forward wash valve, close the reverse wash valve, and clean for 5-10 minutes.
b. Activated carbon filter:
① Backwash: Open the backwash valve and drain valve, close the drain valve of the quartz sand filter, and clean for 10-20 minutes;
② Front wash: Open the forward wash valve, close the reverse wash valve, and clean for 10-20 minutes.
c. Sodium ion softener
① Backwash: Open the backwash valve and drain valve, close the activated carbon drain valve, and clean for 5-10 minutes.
② Front wash: Open the forward wash valve, close the reverse wash valve, and clean for 5-10 minutes.
2. Operation of the host system:
a. After the pretreatment and cleaning, open the inlet valve, the vent hole of the high-pressure pump (the adjustment valve is guaranteed not to be shut off), close the sewage valve of the sodium ion softener, and after the vent hole is out of water, start the high-pressure pump to close the vent hole.
b. After the flush indicator goes out, the regulating valve is adjusted to the inlet water pressure of 1.0-1.2mp, and the flow of pure water.
Matters needing attention:
1. The equipment must be safely grounded.
2. Keep warm in winter, not less than 0 ℃.
3. The pretreatment system must be regularly flushed and regenerated.
