The “Easy Changer” is the first pallet changer machine ever designed capable of exchanging pallets by sliding them under the load. How it works The pallet changing process involves sliding the inbound pallet (which will be stacked behind the machine) and the outbound pallet, positioned beneath the load (slightly raised). The operator places the entire load into the Easy Changer. By using a control panel located behind the machine, the operator activates the two side platforms to secure the load’s sides for lifting it from the pallet. The pressure can be adjusted depending on the type of product. Once lifted, the operator slides the inbound pallet into the pallet magazine next to the outbound pallet. After the pallet exchange, the entire load is retrieved, and the old pallet is stacked in the pallet magazine behind the machine.
