The “Side Press Splitter” is an electric-powered mobile pallet changer designed to exchange pallets and divide layers from the load. Ideal for small warehouses without dedicated pallet-changing areas. Also stationary version. How it works The operation is carried out by the operator and the “Side Press Splitter”. The operator guides it towards the load that need to be divided (or with the pallet that need to be exchanged). Once approached, the operator activates the two side platforms through the control panel located on the machine, for laterally pressing the product. The two side platforms features a padded clamps to prevent product damage during lateral pressure. The pressure is adjustable via a pressure gauge on the machine. Once the product is laterally pressed, the operator lifts it from the load and transports it to the new pallet, releasing it. The pallet exchange operation ends with the release of the load onto the new pallet. If you’re looking for a fixed solution, check out the stationary version.
